I’ve heard many times that “fastag” is a German word for “self-preservation” or something like that. I’ve always assumed that it was a different name for the same thing, but it turns out that it is the English translation of the German word “Fasten”.
Fastag is a term often used to refer to the ability to immediately move, move, and move again, or the act of being able to move without losing muscle control. It can also refer to the act of being able to move quickly and efficiently without any physical effort and without having to think about it.
To my knowledge, there is currently no word in English for this ability. The closest thing is the German word Fähigkeiten, which refers to the physical abilities of moving quickly and efficiently. The term Fastag, though, is more closely related to a variety of physical movements, such as sprinting.
