I had surgery recently, which has made me a bit stronger. I’m no longer that young, lanky guy I used to be, but I feel like I can still carry myself through every day of the sport. My endurance has increased, and I’ve noticed my stamina has improved.

Strength has definitely increased. Its a good thing too, because it will give you more power and the ability to do more in games. I still have a ways to go, but I am quite proud of myself.

Strength is one of the most important factors that determines where a person will place in the rankings, and that is why I have so much respect for those who have improved. Not many people improve their strength on a daily basis, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t productive.
