This is the only known, non-tourist pageant that I have ever won. The reason I have won is because I am a bit of a novice in my own right. I see a lot of people who don’t get to be this way in the Olympics, but I don’t know if that makes sense to them.

I have a nephew in junior high who is a competitive swimmer. He is a huge fan of the Olympics and I think it would be a good way to incorporate this into a family event. If we can get him to see that there are other ways to be happy, and not just be this way about it, we would be doing our kids a favor and they would see that this may be the way to be happy.
The problem is that swimming is a very solitary sport. Most swimmers have a group to swim with. And that can be a problem because you don’t want to be one of those people who just decides to go and swim alone. If you go swimming with people, you have a different personality.
There is a huge stigma surrounding swimming, especially with the family we are talking about. Especially with the family we are talking about. A lot of people don’t understand that going to the beach with your friends is, in fact, the most natural thing in the world. And it’s a lot better than being alone at the pool.
Like I said, swimming with others is a whole different animal when you have people around, but it is also the most natural thing in the world when you dont have people around. If you are at the pool with your friends, and you decide to go swimming, your friends are bound to come over and ask you “hey, where are you going?” or “are you ok?”.
