The truth is we’ve all heard that “you are what you eat”. But what does it really mean? If you’ve been a part of my life for over a decade, you know that my health and well being have been a constant struggle. I’ve survived various forms of cancer, heart disease, and obesity, to name a few. But what I’ve learned over the years is that I’m not what I eat.
I’ve tried to eat healthier for a long time. I’ve tried to quit smoking, eating out, and drinking. But the truth is, it’s not just about what you eat.
In fact, what you eat can have as much of an impact as what you do. We eat in order to function, we eat to get energy, and we eat to process food. If you are not doing either of those things, then you are not taking care of yourself.
So why is this so important? Well, being healthy is good for your health, and good for your heart, but when your diet is out of whack, it can also cause other problems. Most of us are pretty good about our diet. But if you’re not, then you’re not taking care of yourself.
So if you are not taking care of yourself, you will most likely experience conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and other diseases. These conditions are not the kind that you can “solve” with diet and exercise alone. They are ailments that you have to deal with on your own. You have to change your behavior.
As if the health problems that we all experience today weren’t enough, many of us have “health conditions” that stem from our eating habits. One of the first things that we have to change is our eating habits. In order to have healthy eating habits, you have to eat a lot of different kinds of food. One of the most important foods to eat is veggies.

If you haven’t heard of the term “vegetables” yet, let me explain. Vegetables are the third or forth thing that we eat when we eat fruits. The difference is that fruits have a sweet taste. Vegetables can taste bitter. They’re almost like candy.
When it comes to eating fruits and vegetables, you need to make sure that they’re the right kind of fruits and vegetables. The right kinds of fruits and vegetables can sometimes change what kind of fruit or vegetable you can eat. One of the reasons why I think it’s important to switch from fruit to vegetable is that vegetables are basically the best source of antioxidants.
In other words, fruits and vegetables are the best way to get the nutrients you need to keep you healthy, and when you’re doing that they’re the best thing to eat. Fruit (especially avocados) are full of antioxidants that can actually help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes, as well as having positive effects on your heart.
The best way to eat is to eat vegetables. Eating in a healthy way requires you to eat more vegetables. Eating a healthy way requires you to eat food that’s a lot bigger in your body. Eating carrots, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, celery, and peas is probably better for you than eating a lot of veggies. I have a couple of different vegetables that I think are better for you than bananas and kale.
