I’ve been eating granadas for quite some time now, and they are my favorite fruit. There are so many varieties, but it all means the same thing: super delicious. I love to make granadas over the summer months, and even when they are not available, they are still delicious. The best part is that no matter when they are available, they are still good.

All you have to do is boil a large bowl of water and add the granadas.
I don’t think that just about anyone can prepare granadas on a regular basis. However, a group of students from the University of Wisconsin are doing just that. This video is a short video of them making granadas using a recipe from a book called “Granada’s A-Basil”. Basically, you boil 1/2 cup of water with 3 cups of granada.
So the first thing you should do is let your granadas cool down. Then you can slice up the granadas and scoop out the granada pulp and add it to your bowl of granada. I think they could probably use a little more liquid on the pulp, but other than that they are just fantastic.
I’ve gotta give the guys from the university credit for their granadas. It’s as close to a “real” granada as you can get. I don’t know about you, but I get a little sick of the same ol’ same ol’ in my granada. These guys are clearly doing some serious research and experimenting.
It’s not just what the granada looks like. The granada pulp is just as good as the granada. But the best part is the granada fruit itself. The pulp is smooth and sweet and the fruits are a gorgeous green color. I tried it, and I must admit I was really impressed. It looked almost as good as the real thing.
