I’m sure you’ve seen the popular meme “figure it out”, and the point is that you just need to figure it out. It’s not about going to the store and buying a new pair of pants, it’s about figuring out what to do next. The best way to do this is through self-awareness, and by doing so you’ll be able to better assess what you should be doing to yourself.
We’re trying to help you figure out what you should be doing next, and in order to do that you need to have the knowledge to do it. Most people won’t even realize the extent of their own lack of self-awareness, or that they are self-aware by default.
People tend to think that because they have a hard time thinking about something, that they are incapable of doing something. This is wrong, and people need to make sure they are aware of how they are acting, and can better control the way they are acting. I know this because I have been guilty of this.
Being aware of your own actions is not just about being aware of your own actions. Self-awareness is also about being aware of the actions of others. This is why a lot of people will keep acting in ways that they aren’t aware of, because they think they are the only ones who act that way. We are all just trying to survive, whether it is inside a cave, in a forest, in a prison, or in a home that is currently in foreclosure.
This is why we need to ask ourselves what is motivating us to act in a certain way. What is it that is driving us, and can we do better to change it in some way? What is it that we are doing that we arent doing anymore, and can we do better? A lot of people will say, “I just have to do my job,” but the truth is there are lots of other people who have to do their jobs just as well.
I was talking to a colleague of mine the other day who is a real estate agent. He said that if he were to ask a real estate agent about a foreclosure situation, the first thing that would come up is a “favor” (or something very similar) that the agent has taken on. It isn’t that the agent is intentionally lying, it’s just a fact of life that many real estate agents have taken on in their own lives.
The problem is that there is not a lot of research that shows how much time people spend helping others. For example, if you were to study the average number of hours that real estate agents spend on their own businesses, the results would probably be shocking. However, even if you were to get that number, there are still more than a few outliers.
Its not surprising that agents are spending a lot of their time trying to help others. In fact, their own personal habits are a key factor in the success or failure of their businesses. But the fact that most real estate agents are not putting in the work themselves is a sign that they are either too poor (or just don’t care) or just don’t know how to do it.
Agents are still learning about themselves and their businesses. They are often the first to be fired or put out of business because they do not have the drive or desire to learn what it takes to be successful. The problem is that many agents are too poor to do anything that might help them succeed. The fact is that real estate agents get fired for lack of drive, not just because they are poor and don’t care.
This is a problem for real estate agents because they are in the business of selling people stuff. When you do not have the drive, you have to hire someone else to help you. That is why agents are not often paid enough to get out of bed in the morning and show up in the office.
