I do love a good chocolate bar, and I know this is true, but I do not personally know anyone who is lactose intolerant. I can’t say I have experienced lactose intolerance, but I am sure I can say I have never had it. Still, it’s good to know that there are people out there who do not have lactose intolerance.

I dont have any problem with lactose intolerance. I am sure I dont have any problems digesting cow milk, but I do have a problem digesting chocolate. I am sure others have a problem with it too.
The problem is that chocolate is a simple carbohydrate that we have no control over. It goes directly into our bloodstream and we can’t turn it off. Even the FDA isnt aware that they are putting chocolate in the milk when it doesnt have a lactose problem. I mean at least some of the chocolate companies are working on getting it to be a problem.
I am sure I feel that chocolate is good during periods, but I dont know why. I am sure the FDA is getting a lot of good information about getting chocolate in the milk. I am sure others have a problem with it too.
If you want to know what it is, look at the food ingredients. We have some that use cocoa beans and milk powder that are pretty good for our bodies. In the United States, you can purchase some of these products at a small retail store that is actually a good deal. Those that use cocoa beans have good lactose levels, but if you have some of the products that use milk, you may have some problems with it.
