The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The reason why I have a hard time getting over the fact is because we don’t have an understanding of what the other person is thinking and acting. We don’t have a clue to how they actually think or act in such a way. So when we’re doing something on autopilot, we don’t stop until we’re actually planning it. We don’t have a clue, but it can be quite overwhelming.
The only thing I can say is that there are times when we act without realizing what we are doing. This is a common problem for people with an autistic spectrum disorder. They just don’t realize what they’re doing unless we give them the chance to explain. The good news is that autists don’t have to constantly be on autopilot. There are plenty of things we can learn about ourselves with the right support and encouragement.
The good news is that theres a lot we can do to help ourselves. Autistic people often have a hard time with conflict resolution because they dont do well with ambiguity. This is something we can work on. When we are being confrontational with ourselves, it can be quite challenging to stop and think, “Oh shit, I just screwed up.” As long as we can think clearly, we can always come back to ourselves and explain what happened.
We’re not allowed to be “theoretically good” with the right kind of advice. But we can find the best way we can be in the right situation to get it right. We can learn from our mistakes and be more prepared for the situation ahead.
There are several good reasons to be aware that we can’t be very good at being in the right kind of situation, to be honest. One of the reasons is that we are rarely aware of our own situation. We are so focused on our own needs and wants that we never stop to think about how our actions and decisions impact the situation we’re in. We can’t be very good at being aware of our own situation either. We can’t be very good at that either.
One of the main reasons why we cannot be very good at being in the right sort of situation is that we often end up believing that things will be okay when they are not. This happens most of the time because of a lack of self-awareness. We get stuck in our own ways of thinking and behaving. We are so focused on how we want things to be that we end up believing that everything must be fine if it is not.
This can be a dangerous situation, because it leads to a lack of self-awareness. If we are overly focused on how we want things to be, we can end up believing we are fine when we really are not. We know this, but we continue to let it hold us back.
But if we are unable to see how we may end up in a wrong situation, we can do no good. We end up falling for the trap of believing that things are fine because we have done no wrong. We are so preoccupied with how things will work out that we miss the fact that there is a bigger problem that is causing this.
In this case, the bigger problem is the same one we all have: we are so used to having things work out nicely that we don’t see they are falling apart. We don’t even see that they don’t have a chance, much less that they aren’t going to work out at all.
